A two hour, fully-resourced PSHE lesson all about making responsible personal hygiene and health choices. This lesson covers vaccinations, blood and organ donation, stem cell research and personal hygiene. Students will investigate the importance of all of these factors for both preventing the spread of disease and treating illnesses in others. They will also exam the moral implications behind ideas such as stem cell research and learn a bit about the science behind these too (although this is not a science lesson, it is a PSHE lesson).
The lesson includes a 2 hour detailed PowerPoint, information sheets, differentiated challenge activities and worksheets, clips tasks with questions, literacy tasks and case study tasks. These resources have been designed to be engaging, detailed and easy to follow. PSHE UNIT - Combat the toxic masculinity, incels culture - 6 lesson package for secondary which will last you at least 6 hours (one lesson is a double) all about combating misogyny, the Andrew Tate fad and online extremism. The pack emphasises that masculinity is not a bad thing in itself, but certain aspects can be toxic and there is a real difference between positive and toxic masculinity.
